By registering an account at Mate Slots, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in full. Eligibility and Account Registration

Deposits, Withdrawals and Currencies

We accept EUR, USD, AUD, NOK, CAD, NZD, JPY, BRL and a range of cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, DOG, USDT, BNB, ADA and TRX. Our internal operating currency is EUR. Please note that Bitcoin cannot be exchanged into any other currency on our platform. The minimum deposit is 20 EUR/USD or the equivalent for fiat methods, while crypto minimums vary by coin. Bonus-related deposits carry their own minimums, detailed in our Bonus Terms.

Only one bonus may be held on your account at a time, and deposit bonuses are not stacked. Unclaimed cash bonuses expire after 7 days, and free spins must be activated and wagered within specified windows. We automatically cancel any active bonus when your bonus balance falls to 0.2 EUR or less. Maximum withdrawal from bonus funds is capped at 10 times the bonus amount, while progressive jackpot wins are always paid in full regardless of this cap.

VIP Club

Our MateSlots VIP Club rewards loyal players across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Black and Supreme. VIP status is granted once you reach 2,500 EUR/USD in total deposits, after which our personal manager will contact you within 24 hours. VIP Club Terms are effective from 20.05.2026 and govern increased withdrawal limits, personal account management, reduced wagering requirements and exclusive event invitations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate VIP membership at our discretion, including withdrawal of previously awarded bonuses.

Games and Fair Play

We offer thousands of slots, live casino games, jackpot titles and table games from over 200 providers. Slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, except jackpot slots, which are excluded from bonus play. Live Casino games, including Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat and Video Poker, contribute 5% towards wagering. We consider low-risk roulette strategies, such as covering 25 or more of the 37 numbers with equal stakes on both sides, to constitute advantage play, which is prohibited under these Terms.

Responsible Use of VPN and Provider Restrictions

Using a VPN or similar technology to circumvent country or provider restrictions is strictly prohibited at MateSlots and may result in confiscation of winnings. Certain providers, including NetEnt and Amatic, are not available in specific jurisdictions as outlined in our provider restrictions.
